A presentation of the latest research on the changes of pre-teens’ and teens’ bodies and brains, explore what is on the minds of adolescents, and provide communication skills for families to work together in a partnership of trust and respect as they encounter new experiences. Strings Class Starts this Friday - Registration Still Open!

This class is designed for beginners.  If a student has previous experience, they may be encouraged to audition for the Snoqualmie Strings Youth Symphony.  The goal of the Snoqualmie Seedlings Strings Program is to teach beginning insturmentalists the basics of playing the Violin or Viola.  Students of any age are welcome to join the orchestra!  Students will learn:  Rest and Ready positions, correct bow hand, reading the treble or alto clef, proper care and maintenance of the instrument, following a conductor, playing together in an ensemble, melody and harmony, proper concert etiquette, and have fun!
