Looking for a way to help that provides consistent support throughout the school year? These opportunities are available from August through June.

Membership Chair- Help welcome families, promote PTSA membership, and support membership activities throughout the school year.

Time: August–June
PTSA Meetings: Required

Treasurer Shadow- Partner with the current Treasurer to support PTSA financial responsibilities while learning the role and preparing to step into the Treasurer Chair role in 2027–28.

Time: August–June
PTSA Meetings: Required

Yearbook Co-Chair- Help create and organize the school yearbook, remote, on your own time.

Time: August–June
PTSA Meetings: Not required

Counselor Support — Ms. Kern

Provide approximately 30 minutes to one hour per week of support with copies, materials, and other tasks that help our school counselor. In person.

Time: August–June
PTSA Meetings: Not required

Library Support — Ms. Daniels

Provide approximately one day/hour per week of support, including shelving books, checking books in, and helping keep the library organized and running smoothly. In person.

Time: August–June
PTSA Meetings: Not required

Single event volunteer opportunities: these positions require NO regular monthly meetings, just a planning meeting prior to the event.
